About Me
I completed my schooling in Mumbai and Satara. While in school, I took a great interest in painting and participated in many competitions. After clearing the grade examination in painting, I got the first rank in state level painting competition. Further, I completed Diploma in Civil in Satara. After being employed for some time, I retook admission for the degree. I could not complete my education along with my partnership construction business. After admission, at Rural Self-Employment Training Institute under IDBI Bank in Satara, I took one-month training in photography.
While not knowing anything about photography, I took primary teaching under the guidance of Shri Umesh Nigde sir. I have been doing professional photography for the last five years and working on industrial, product, and event work. I have my photography team, and I also teach about photography. For the last two years, I have been providing training in photography and videography as Master Trainer at Rural Self Employment Training Institute. Since 2019 I have been learning more about photography from Shri Dnyaneshwar Dada Vaidya's Kolhapur Amateur Photographers Association. Because of his guidance. So far, I have won 25 awards in national-level photography competitions held under FIP, and 3 photos have met acceptance at the international level. Four photos have also been exhibited at the Stuttgart Ethyl Photography Exhibition in Germany. Currently studying for AFIP and EFIP degree from the Federation of Indian Photography FIP in Photography, I am working on Indian traditional sports, travel, lifestyle, and history through photography.
Trying to present our culture, traditions, festivals, and sports uniquely without harming artificiality. As per the slogan of our Kolhapur Amateur Photographer Association, Hard + Honesty = Great Photographer, I have been developing a disciplined approach to photography. I have never liked taking momentary pleasure in creating or staging any photography. On the contrary, it takes a lot of effort, hard work, and time to take photography as it is natural and gives real pleasure. My guru Shri Dnyaneshwar Dada Vaidya Guru, Brother Shri Ashutosh Dada Koli, who has gained worldwide fame in photography, always keeps a close eye and guides everything. It is only with their blessings that the future photographers of the Kolhapur Amateur Photographer Association are making sincere efforts to create uniqueness. So far, I have worked on documentary stories through photography on the Yatras in Maharashtra, AshadhiSampurna Wari from Alandi to Pandharpur, wrestling, bullock cart race, rural life, Chikhalgutta, Hampi in Karnataka, and Thayyam in Kerala. I pray to Shri Krishna that we will always see many new and attractive works in the future.
